The trailer for Bond 22(a.k.a Quantum Of Solace) is online(it will also be  shown  before Will Smith's new movie.But I think most people will watch it online, rather than pay $10 to go to the movies and then have to sit through a reallly crap movie afterwards.)

The James Bond messageboard(MI6, or as I like to call it, The Place That Can't Be Named  :P) that I used to post on(the operative word(s) being "used to" is so hypocritical and people are rewarded for posting there for a certain amount of time and having a certain amount of posts.

That James Bond messageboard I post on?I'm not posting there anymore.I've had it with all of the crap that goes on there and nothing gets done.It's freaking toxic.

Which is a shame because I  made a lot of friends there but I just can't believe that people there- my friends there included- make excuses for the crap that goes on,that everyone has an opinion even if it's one that people disagree with.No,it goes WAY past allowing people to have an opinion.It's called being a troll.

I deleted MI6 from my bookmarks.It's official.

Will I go see Quantum Of Solace?Yes. Not posting on MI6 will be good because I won't be exposed to spoilers if they're posted .

 I got a warning on the  James Bond board I post on. My offense? this: sh!t.An edited(or so I thought) version of a word that we're not supposed to use.

I get a message from one of the mods that I apparently bypassed a filter they have on the MB for such things.Really?When I posted it,it looked exacty like I posted above.But wait.It gets better.Someone else used the same word today.I messaged them privately to ask if they got a warning *and* I sent a private message to the same moderator who gave me the warning telling him about it(not that I wanted to rat that person out,but the response I get from the mod about it will say a lot about them.)And it will prove what I have known(and have said) for a while:That the moderators at said board are uneven when it comes to taking care of issues(that's putting it mildly).

I'm no angel either-I had what I can only call a meltdown because a certain person who posts on the board(who is basically there to cause trouble)got the best of me.I am all for people having opinions, but this person's sole purpose is just to be obnoxious.And I let them get the better of me.But it's so frustrating to me sometimes I get to the point like where I was last night and I tell them off.

Part of the problem is that the entire board would be well served by this person taking a break. either for a little while or for good,preferably.Like I said, everyone is entitled to their opinion.But all this person does is cause problems.If the mods want to  be respected then they need to treat  *everyone* equally, and quit making excuses for the troublemakers' behaviour.The really sad thing is that whenever this person REALLY causes problems, afterwards there are always people that think we need to be easier on them.Which lasts until shit gets stirred up again.Does the word "enabling" not mean anything to those people?

By talking about it in my blog,I'm hoping that they will be embarassed into getting their shit together.I'm not paricularly hopeful but it's worth a try.

I went to see Atonement today.I liked it. And this now means I have seen 3 of the five movies nominated for Best Picture(most years I see *one* at the most.)I left my house thinking I would get there in plenty of time,but in truth of fact I got there *just* as the movie was starting.Talk about great timing!

The fact that Bond 22  now  has a title... Quantum of Solace.Yup!

The fact that State Of Play-based on a British miniseries-has started filming after a series of false starts.But it's not coming out 'till 2009.Darn.Kevin Macdonald,who directed The Last King of Scotland, is directing,so you know it'll be good-at least I hope so.

Cause what part of Gemma Arterton is NOT playing Miss Moneypenny are they not understanding?Honestly!Her character is callled Fields(whether that's referring to the fact she works out in the field or it's something else remains to be seen)Some people are saying that she's Miss Moneypenny but they're not calling her that.Obviously, I don't buy that in any way,shape or form.EON(the company that produces the Bond films)has firmly said that Moneypenny is NOT going to be in Bond 22, but people still think she will be in there in some way.

I'm excited that things are starting to take shape, though.Another Bond girl was announced, she is from the Ukraine(blanking on her name-yeah yeah I know what kind of fan of the Bond films am I.Whatever.)EDITED TO ADD:Her name is Olga Kurylenko.)

By the way,I saw The Invasion(starring Daniel Craig) the first night of the cruise.It wasn't bad.I've seen a lot worse, believe it or not.

The new season of Wife Swap started last night.I enjoyed the hell out of it.They had a feminist mom swapping lives with a stage mom(her daughter was in pageants;had been since she was 11 months old(!) ) Surprisingly, I found myself siding with the feminist mom a lot more than the stage mom.The feminist mom was not at all like I thought she would be;I  consider myself a feminist but my definition of feminism is probably different from other peoples'.

My mom and I did Meals On Wheels today. We had a whole bunch-12-of people.I didn't mind though.I always enjoy doing Meals On Wheels.

Bond 22 started filming today-no real news,just confirmation about who is going to be in the film,that sort of thing.No  word on a title or anything but I suspect that's coming soon(at least I hope it is..people at the James Bond boards I post on are anxious for a  title to be announced.)

*The guy who knocked up Jamie Lynn Spears is 19 years old.She's 16.If I'm not mistaken that's rape.Unless she consented,which I rather doubt.This is a tricky subject because it's common for girls of 16 and 17 to get pregnant.I'd like to be   sensitive towards those people.If it happens it happens.

So people on the James Bond message board I post on are finding stuff online which(for the most part)is taken out of context.I'm not sure which of the stories are true and which are b.s. One report has the new Bond film being called  007. I'm not convinced it's true,but so help me,it's growing on me.It wouldn't be the worst title,but I can imagine all of the controversy on the boards if it is.

Thing is, people believe the rumours(well, until someone official(like EON,the company that produces the Bond films) confirms it or denies it.The official announcement(cast,title,etc.)about Bond 22 is going to be in early January,Until then,the rumours will keep on coming.
